If you enroll in a program, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Sales conditions apply to all sites and training products created by Christina Rebuffet and/or Speak English with Christina and/or Business English with Christina.
Article 1 : Application
The present terms & conditions apply to all transactions made by any internet site that belongs to Christina Rebuffet, Speak English with Christina, or Business English with Christina.
Any person or company who validates a purchase via our sales platform online, pays by check, or pays in cash is considered as a client.
The only version of this document that is legally binding is the version available on this present page.
Article 1.2 : Age limitation
Age limitations apply
Christina Rebuffet does not accept clients younger than 18 years of age.
We do our best to restrict access of minors to our sites, products and services. Even if the content of our products and services is not shocking or explicit in nature, we prefer to address a mature audience.
Anyone who joins the newsletter list and who is not minimum 18 years of age will be deleted from the list when we learn they are a minor. Any client who purchases a product and is not minimum 18 years of age will be removed from the program, without reimbursement.
Article 2 : Purchases
All purchases made by a site that belongs to Christina Rebuffet (christinarebuffet.com, christinarebuffetcourses.com, mybusinessenglishcourses.com) implies acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
Article 3 : Price
Prices are indicated in Euros, tax included.
If a price conversion is indicated, it reflects approximately the conversation rate as indicated by the site xe.com at the date of the creation of the price list.
Please note that between your date of purchase and any eventual refunds, exchanges rates may change.
We refund the price in euros, so it is possible that there is a difference in the price you paid and the amount refunded if your account is in a currency that is not euros. We do not control the exchange rates.
We take care to update our price lists each time we open registration for a course.
Prices can be modified at any moment. Prices listed on our sites will be the prices applied at checkout.
The price indicated on sales page is the price you pay when you purchase via our sales page, directly on our sites. If you use your CPF (compte personnel de formation) or if your company is paying for your program, the price may be higher (to cover increased administrative costs).
In the case where you enroll in a program with your CPF or company, the full price will be communicated to you before your enrollment.
Article 4 : Payment
When you purchase directly on our sites, payment is immediate, at the date of purchase.
This includes pre-orders for products or services that will be released in the future. You can make payment directly via our sites, which are protected for secure online payments.
Online payments are managed by Stripe, WooCommerce, and/or PayPal. All guarantees regarding the security of these systems is entirely the responsibility of these sites and your bank, and does not concern us.
If you use your CPF, payment terms are determined by the CPF system and/or will be communicated to you in your “convention de formation.”
If your company is paying for your program, we will invoice your company at the end of the month of your enrollment. Payment is due within 30 days from the date indicated on the invoice.
Article 5 : Return and reimbursement conditions
In accordance with French law, you have 7 days from your purchase date to ask for reimbursement no questions asked.
For online courses, I also offer an extended guarantee, which is specified on the sales page of the course.
For the programs Speak Business English Confidently, Business English Mastery, Individual Lesson Packages, and any other live programs, you have 2 weeks from the date you join the program to begin and try the program.
Past this 2-week period, we consider that you agree to complete the program, and we cannot give full refunds because we contract and pay a teacher for you. This includes programs contracted using the CPF (compte personnel de formation).
When you choose a monthly payment plan, you commit to pay the the FULL number of payment plans. We do not stop payment plans because you decide to not complete the lessons in your online course, if you have passed the duration of the guarantee for the course or program you purchased.
For subscription/membership programs (Faster Fluency Conversation Club, Entrepreneur in English Coaching Club, Private Lesson Subscriptions, and any other subscription/membership program), we do not give retroactive refunds because you did not attend the sessions.
When you join a subscription/membership program, it is your responsibility to attend the sessions. If you realize that are not available to attend sessions, please cancel your membership. Instructions are available in your membership space.
These conditions do not apply to clients under 18 years of age, as mentioned previously in Article 1.2 Age Limitation.
Article 5.1: Expiration dates to use your lessons
The programs Business English Mastery & Speak Business English Confidently last 12 weeks. You have 12 weeks to complete your sessions. Past the 12 weeks or the final date of the program (communicated to you when you join), the sessions expire and you can no longer use your sessions (unless agreed otherwise).
For Private Lesson Subscriptions and Successful Small Talk Confidence Booster, you must use the number of sessions during the time indicated (Example: 4 sessions per month = you have one month to use your 4 sessions.)
For Private Lesson Packages of 12 sessions, you have 6 months from the date of purchase to use your sessions. Past this date, your sessions expire and you can no longer use your sessions (unless agreed otherwise).
In the case of other agreements, we will communicate this to you in writing.
Article 6 : Protection of personal information
In accordance with French law on data liberties dated 6 janvier 1978, you have the right to access and correct any data that we have about you.
We declare all our data to the French National Commission on Data Liberties (CNIL).
Be adhering to these terms and conditions, you understand and accept our policy on data protection and agree to us collecting and using this data.
You can unsubscribe at any moment from all communication related to Christina Rebuffet and Speak English with Christina. All you must do is click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email newsletter you receive from us. This link is preceded by the mention “To unsubscribe or change subscription options, visit: (Link here).
Our newsletter is declared with the CNIL under the number 1829397 and respects all laws regarding personal data liberties.
We track traffic on our sites. For this, we use tools such as, but not limited to, Google Analytics, SumoMe, and other tracking tools. This non-personal data allows us to improve your experience and personalize our sites according to frequent user use.
Article 7 : Applicable law
All clauses in the present terms and conditions, including all purchases, is covered under French law.
Article 8 : Affiliation and recommandations
In our newsletters, communications, and training programs, we may recommend other tools, websites, products, or services that could be useful for you in learning English.
When this is the case, we are generally partners with the companies selling these tools, products, or services, and we get a commission for recommending their products.
When this is not the case, we make this information clear.
Article 9 : Absences for coaching and consultation services
Unless otherwise agreed by the client and Christina Rebuffet, full payment will be required before any coaching or consultation begins.
When you reserve a consultation, coaching, or other session with with me or any teacher on my team, we make a commitment to be available to serve you. This directly influences the number of clients we can serve. For this reason, we cannot offer a reimbursement for any sessions that you reserved but failed to attend.
If you reserved a session and must cancel, please do it at least 24 hours before the time of your session. After this time, the session will be billed and no reimbursement will be given.
If you cancel on time, the session will not be considered as billed, and we will re-book your session. If you have already paid for your session, you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, and you do not wish to re-book your session, we will reimburse you.
The sessions purchased in the VIP Package of the Get The Job course are excluded from this option and cannot be reimbursed should you choose not to take your session.
“Abandon de formation” :
If you begin a program with your CPF, and are absent for more than 2 consecutive weeks from your session, this is considered as an “abandon de formation.” We stop your program, declare you abandoned your program, and invoice you personally for the total cost of the program, to cover the costs of contracting a teacher for you and organizing your program.
Please be on time.
My time is precious, just like yours. If you are late for our appointment, you lose this time. We will finish at the time originally scheduled. If you are absent from the session, it will be considered as billed.
On my side, I make a commitment to be on time for our sessions too.

Article 12: GDPR & Protection of personal information
What data do we collect?
When you enroll in any of our programs, or sign up for our newsletter, our Company collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
Our Company may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
- Other companies that recommend we contact you (Ex. referral programs)
How will we use your data?
Our Company collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and manage your account.
- Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
- Invite you to participate in interviews, surveys, and other events that help us better know you
When Our Company processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
How do we store your data?
Our Company securely stores your data at christinarebuffet.com, christinarebuffetcourses.com, mybusinessenglishcourses.com and convertkit.com.
Our Company will keep your personal information for as long as you wish to remain a member of your program or our newsletter list. After you stop a program, you may ask us to delete your information at any time.
Use of video & audio recordings
We do our live programs on Zoom, or other video-conferencing software. Occasionally, we will record segments of live sessions to use in promotional videos, instructional videos for our team.
By participating in our programs with your video activated, you agree that we may use videos we record for marketing and/or pedagogical purposes.
If you do not want us to use video of you, you may disactivate your camera, or ask us specifically to not use a video of you.
Our Company would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you. To do this, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter, or ask us to remove you.
What are your data protection rights?
Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Our Company correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Our Company to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
