When I started Business English with Christina in 2015, it was just me, all alone.
And then, a few months later, Marica joined the team, as my assistant. (You may have already exchanged emails with her!)
Then Cara joined the team as my 1st teacher. Then Trisha joined as my 2nd teacher.
Fast-forward to 2023.
Today, the Business English with Christina team includes 17 people of 8 nationalities, based in 9 different countries.
And many of us have never met face-to-face!
I’m sure that we’re not perfect in the way we work. We can always learn to be better, and I know that I personally still have A LOT to learn about leading a team.
But I’m also 100% sure that we know a lot about working virtually as a team. We even survived Covid, as a team!
In other words, there are also a lot of things that we’re doing right!
