You CAN change your English with Virtual Immersion

Today I’d like to share a special story with you–it’s about Jean-David who works in an IT company in Switzerland.

And if you’ve ever tried to improve your English …and it STILL didn’t work, then this is a story just for you. A story to remind you that yes, you CAN do it… with the right approach.

Like a lot of people I work with, Jean-David is competent, ambitious, and has great technical skills. He lives in Switzerland and works part of the time in an IT company.
During the rest of his time, he runs his own IT company.

In the past, Jean-David was so afraid of being judged for his English that he wouldn’t even speak.

Here’s what he said:

“The biggest difficulty that I have, I was very uncomfortable before when I would speak in English. I was unsure of myself. I was really afraid about people’s judgement because of my English and my accent. It’s why before I avoided to speak in English with people.”

So how did Jean-David (finally) change his English?
You can read this blog post to find out.

But you may want to actually watch our conversation in the video. I think it will inspire you.
Because, yes, you can change your English. Even if you’re really stuck and have been for a long time.

Even if you’re afraid to even speak–which makes it really hard to practice.

Are you looking for a completely different way to change your English–for good?

If you find this story inspiring, be sure to check out the virtual immersion program, Business English Mastery. That’s what helped Jean-David overcome his fear of speaking English so that he could turn his business English into a strength.

1. What you can learn from Jean-David: If you’re stuck, don’t give up.

Have you ever felt stuck in your English?
Here’s a secret: a LOT of people feel that way.
And I bet you can just feel what it was like for Jean-David.

“For me here, the biggest problem is that I didn’t speak every day in English. That is a big problem.”

You need your English to advance your career or build your company.
If you want to improve, you have to be able to speak and practice.

And if you

  • lack the confidence to speak,
  • or don’t have opportunities,
  • or you don’t know how to start…

It can feel like everything is out of your control.

When that happens to you–it can feel impossible to move forward or improve.
We all know this: there’s no secret. You have to practice speaking to improve.

A lot of smart, competent people are actually stuck not being able to practice English at all.
Does that surprise you?

I’ve worked with a lot of people in this situation.
And what really works is to know that you CAN do it.
BUT, you have to be willing to try something new.

Jean-David recognized that he was going to try something really different. That’s when he started looking for a program like Business English Mastery–my most popular virtual immersion program.

2. What you can learn from Jean-David: Don’t be afraid to try something new.

Jean-David knew he had a problem and he knew he needed help.
He had even tried courses at a traditional language school in the past.
That’s why Jean-David knew he needed something different.

“Before I try in a normal English school language. It was really no good….There was no structure.  All the student have a different level, I lost my motivation completely. Sometimes I was boring about the lesson. At the end I stopped completely.”

In fact, you may also have a lot of experience with what doesn’t work for you.

Which means you’re starting to understand what you really need to progress in English enough for it to help you in your career.

Remember, it wasn’t Jean-David’s fault that he wasn’t progressing.
And if you’re stuck, it’s not your fault either.

But now is the time to think about what you really need–and be ready to try something different.

What you need is

  • structure–enough live speaking practice and a program with topics YOU need,
  • a plan for practicing–so that you can work towards your English goals on YOUR schedule
  • classes that are relevant to YOU and your career
  • a chance to meet with business other professionals with similar goals for their English and a similar level.

Luckily, Jean-David didn’t give up. He had goals for his English and dreams for his career-like you.

And he knew he had to try something different if he wanted to change his English.
He found my virtual immersion program, Business English Mastery–and took the time to see if the approach could work for him.

“Yes, I found with this program a completely different approach with the methodology…completely different with a lot of good advice. Yes, I learned to set a lot of English routines and habits every day if I can because I don’t have a lot of time every day.
And I really followed the plan that I did every week. It’s a good thing for me.”

3. What you can learn from Jean-David: Get support from a team of experts.

When you try to fix your English–and it doesn’t work, it can feel like you may never improve. You may even start thinking that you’re just not good at languages. And–when you’re at a certain level in your career, it can also feel like you don’t have the time.

“I think 15 minutes per day, I can, everybody can easily find. Not a problem. But before I never thought about this.”

With the right help, you can do this too.
Are you like Jean-David?
Are you willing to make learning English part of your routine?
Are you ready to work the smart way on your English?

Maybe you’re also ready to see what it’s like to work with a team of Expert Teachers and a business communication coach who have your career and goals in mind.

How much would you improve if you had lessons with a group of motivated professionals learning English like you?

That kind of experience, and working with a real team, can change everything.

So how did Jean-David feel after Business English Mastery?

Here’s what Jean-David had to say about how he feels now that he’s completed his virtual immersion program:

“Now I can say, I learn English with pleasure. Before it was not really with pleasure–and with pleasure, it’s easier to learn.  I feel a difference now. I am more relaxed. The words come easier, yes, I’m more confident and more sure of myself. Now I’m not afraid to speak in English with people. I’m sure I do a lot of mistakes but it’s not important. It’s the best thing to learn is practice.”

After years of working with my team of expert teachers and business communication coaches…

After helping 100s of people improve their English after they felt stuck for a long time. There’s something I want you to remember:

Learn the smart way, surround yourself with the right people, and find the joy of speaking and practicing consistently.

If you do, you CAN do this.
Even if it seems really hard right now.

I asked Jean-David what he would say to someone who felt they couldn’t do it. Like maybe they didn’t have enough time, or they just weren’t good enough.
Here’s what he said:

“Don’t hesitate. I am very happy with this program. I can only encourage people to subscribe. This program changed the way I learn–that’s sure. I am 100 percent sure this program works for everyone.”

What would your life look like if you were more confident in English too?

What would you do if, suddenly, English was fun, comfortable.
What if you weren’t afraid to speak freely?
What if you improved faster in 3 months that you ever had in your life?

Here’s what I know from working with lots of people like Jean-David:
Once you find your confidence and you know how to learn–there is no stopping you.

Jean-David’s story is just one of many stories of smart, busy clients who finally found what it takes to un-block their English– to speak freely and find confidence in their own business situations, thanks to “Business English Mastery” program.
