It’s a great way to check your understanding AND remember what you learned.

#1) In the TED talk, How to motivate yourself to change your behavior–by Tali Sharot, you learned that the best way to stay motivated is to

  • remind yourself of the consequences and penalties for NOT acting.
  • reward yourself

#2)  In How to gain control of your free time by author Laura Vanderkam you learned to

  • treat your priorities like emergencies–and know what matters to you.
  • “save time” by driving faster, sleeping less, skipping commercials in TV, and cooking your food for shorter periods of time.

#3) And when you watched the video on changing your habits and your life by James Clear, you learned

  • That it’s important to set really big goals–so big you can’t believe you’ll ever achieve them.
